Cambridge @ Kingsford Waterbay features purpose-built classrooms and dedicated indoor and outdoor spaces for children at different stages of their early years.
Located within Kingsford Waterbay, a waterfront residential enclave in Upper Serangoon View, Hougang area, the centre serves families within the condominium and surrounding neighbourhoods.
We are pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 December 2026, Cambridge Pre-school’s iSTEAM curriculum will be expanded to include ChildFirst Pre-school’s Trilingual Curriculum. Cambridge @ Kingsford Waterbay will also be renamed to ChildFirst @ Kingsford Waterbay.

Children in Kindergarten 1 and Kindergarten 2 enjoy swimming classes once a week. We are privileged to have access to the condominium pool facilities, allowing children to have regular opportunities to develop their confidence and physical abilities in water.
These swimming classes are part of their curriculum at no extra charge and add variety to their weekly school experience .
Our Infant Care facilities provide our youngest children with a clean and carefully designed space suited to their early years.
Here, infants are supported through their daily care routines and age-appropriate experiences with their developmental needs in mind.
Our purpose-built classrooms provide ample space for children to participate in group experiences throughout the school day.
Learning areas and resources are thoughtfully organised for different activities, allowing children to explore, interact and participate comfortably with their educators and peers.
Children have access to an exclusive outdoor playground area where they can enjoy movement, physical activity and play as part of their school experience.
The outdoor space provides a change of environment during the day, giving children opportunities to be active and interact with their friends outside the classroom.
Cambridge @ Kingsford Waterbay is situated along routes connecting Hougang, Sengkang and Punggol to the KPE, TPE and PIE, making it accessible to families living in the surrounding areas.
